8 races are on the card for Sunday 4th of February, kicking off with the Team Teal Maiden pace at 1.11pm.
From February 1 to March 15, the annual Team Teal campaign will return, with the Queensland harness racing industry donating $200 on every occasion a reinswoman drives a winner in the Sunshine State. The first race will be hotly contested by 9 runners vying for that elusive first win, with 3 of the drivers reinswoman.
Race 2 is the Goldbet.com.au Pace and sees female reinswoman, Taleah McMullan going up against the boys from barrier one. Jonah Hutchinson Members 2 win pace is the 3rd on the card, and at time of print, again only has 1 female reinswoman listed in the way of Lola Weideman. With no female drivers currently listed in race 4, race 5 will see 5 female reinswoman taking the reins. Joedy Whitaker, Lola Weidemann, Jordan Topping, Dannielle Veivers and Taleach McMullen scheduled with drives. Race 6 again lists 5 drivers, and race 7,3 with race 8 noting 4.
